On a typical week, like all Media and PR Training companies we tend to be pretty busy.

Not only designing, planning and delivering training courses, but also promoting ourselves and our services.  Last week, for example, was as exciting as it was varied.

Two of our trainers were lucky enough to be flown out to Qatar, to run a special Media Training event for the contestants of the Arabic TV programme “Stars of Science”. From the glowing reports and sincere thanks that we got back from our clients in Doha, I can only conclude that the event was a resounding success.

One of our trainers even managed to get some down time to have a one to one with the wildlife.

In the meantime, back in the UK it was business as usual.

Our Media Director, Andrew Carapiet, was coaching a group of Fire and Rescue services front line spokespeople in the North East on the tough task of managing the media at the scene of an incident.

Closer to home, we were running a presentation skills course in the Midlands and an entrepreneur was honing and enhancing his key messages with our trainers in our training centre in Marlow.

Where was I while they were training?

I was in London setting up our stand at ExCel for the Commissioning Show, Health+Care 2014.

We had a great time over the following two days, updating our knowledge at the various seminars and networking with health and social care professionals as well as our fellow exhibitors.

This week promises to be another busy week, running Media Training courses across the country, from Darlington to Wiltshire and finishing up at the Healthwatch Annual Conference in Reading on Friday.

And those are just the edited highlights.
