Prior to the course you will complete your own profile and then, using a mix of theory, assessment tools and group sessions, you will learn

• How your type differs from others and how this impacts on communication.
• How to communicate effectively with different types.
• How different types act under pressure and how to avoid being ?in the grip?
• How to use your type to positively interact with and influence direct reports, managers, peers and others

The course is structured around a highly engaging mix of theory, self assessment tools, group sessions and shared learning.
