Loraine’s training design and delivery and coaching service is built on solid foundations and includes practices from Accelerated Learning, Neuro Lingusitsic Programming, and Solution Focus.

With a Masters in Business Administration she has an impressive understanding of the range of business and service issues to be addressed. A contributor to 3 books on Solution tools and methodologies she runs workshops and coaching in public, the not for profit and commercial sectors and for other consultants in an international setting.

She has an engaging style much appreciated by participants on her workshops and regularly receives very high ratings for her courses. She delivers interactively and flexibly to respond to the real needs of participants and her courses are tailor made for client organizations.

Loraine’s early career with several Local Authorities led to a Principal Officer grade managing large teams and service delivery, so she is well versed in the workings of the public sector. More latterly she managed the Training and Learning, and then Organisation Development, function for a housing association where she delivered a range of programmes.
