This powerful individual programme is for executives and leaders who are willing to look within, and be observed by work colleagues, to assess their strengths and development needs regarding essential leadership skills and perspectives, and potential problems that can stall a career.

TDI (Type Dynamic Indicator)

TDI, similar to MBTI, is a comprehensive approach to measuring Psychological Type, based on the work of Carl Jung. Type theory is built on the concept of opposites and the nature of preference.

Jung proposed that we choose from pairs of opposite personality styles. Our choice and behaviour is a reflection of our natural style, our personal history and experience. While recognising people?s individuality, understanding preferences enables us to develop our range and flexibility.

Completion of the TDI questionnaire produces a range of narrative reports which address areas such as personal motivations, career preferences, potential work role contribution, styles of management and leadership, decision-making and conflict resolution.

FIRO Element B

FIRO theory is one of the most comprehensive models of interpersonal relationships available. It provides a way to understand what has become known as the emotional intelligence domain.

Our behaviour is an important window into the things that matter to us ? and the things which affect our relationships. FIRO B provides a check on what you say you do, and how you want things to be.

360 Degree Feedback

This involves a range of people (manager, direct reports, peers, etc) being invited to rate or comment on key behaviours and attributes of a particular person. 360 degree feedback has the advantage of providing a much more rounded picture of how an individual is perceived by those with whom they comes into contact.

The web-based 360 degree feedback system provides a detailed report to the individual, helping them see how each aspect of their behaviour and performance is viewed by different people and how the perceptions of others differ from their own perceptions.

By the end of this programme participants will be able to:

  • Understand your natural leadership style and preferences
  • Understand how your interpersonal relations affect your leadership skills
  • Identify your leadership development needs
  • Work on your specific development needs with a Performance Coach
